"Safe"? Or safer than not? As posted elsewhere and abundantly clear, vaccination is safer than not being vaccinated.
One is not completely proof against the vaccinated virus, just inclined to less severe infections. Yes, you can still be infected and yes, one can still die of the infection.
One is 10.5 times more likely to be infected and hospitalized if vaccinated.
Y'all anti-science anti-vaxxers are welcome to your infections, even if they only endure for a week and are comparable to the common flu. Minimize your risk, vaccinate. It worked for smallpox, etc.
