First all compareing the cost of fuel by using the asking price is stupid, comparing the amount of inflation each country ha experienced would have some value.
In most of those nations the price per gal was higher than the US before any inflationary price increases. Guess what! After inflationary increases they will still be higher.
Bladslap, do you even understand why the price of gas varies from state to state, city to city, or even gas station to gas station. I bet not!
The price of gas being a world wide traded commodity, the price is subject to supply and demand. The incompetent Joe Biden produced a shortage of supply with his war on US production. This war started a shortage of oil world wide. The effect hit the US first, shortage showed up in our market and that started the increase in cost. Inflating gas prices started in the US first, it took time for the shortage to have an effect on prices world wide. That is why all other nations did not have gas inflation until weeks and in some cases months after the inflation started in the US.
Sure there are decisions in other countries that helped or hurt the inflationary trend, Bladeslap you need to understand the Supply shortage in the US produced a shortage in the worldwide market! Depending on deals and trading arrangements our nations had this supply shortage would still end up affecting the price. This inflation started in our country and spread to the rest of the world?
You are such a useful idiot
